Added a new Ice tower which freezes enemies causing them to slow down. Also working on a lightning tower currently. I want the lightning effect to look dynamic so it will take slightly longer than the ice tower.
Also fixed a few problems caused by the new animation system. Such as it breaking the wave meter.

- I decided to use this as a development diary for any projects I am currently working on. At the moment I’m using it show of the development of a game project I have been working on for a while. The game is StormGate , I will be trying to get it available for the Xbox live indie games service. I have had a creators club membership for a while now and already have the project up and running on the Xbox already.
